Guidelines for Presenters and Session chairs:
Thank you for being a presenter and/or session chair at the School of Banking Conference 2020! Here are a few general guidelines to help you in preparing your presentations for the parallel sessions.
Guidelines for Presenters:
The maximum amount of time for each presentation is 15 minutes in sessions containing 4 presentations and 20 minutes in those with 3 presentations. The discussion time for each presentation is limited to 5 minutes. Please manage your time when delivering your talks to keep punctuality.
We use Google Meet as our conference platform for online presentations. The presenters who deliver presentations virtually should visit our website at www.sobc.ueh.edu.vn within 15 minutes before the starting time of each session. The link of Google Meet for each session will be updated there.
Guidelines for Session Chairs:
Before your session starts, please review the online program at www.sobc.ueh.edu.vn to determine if there are any changes/cancellations to the session you are chairing. (Note that there might be some adjustments to our program due to the recent situation of Coronavirus in Vietnam. Please stay tuned for our updates!).
During the session, please start and end on time! Please note that introducing speakers and holding floor discussions are your responsibilities. If you need any further help, please contact a coordinator at your session who will be in charge of timing presentations and dealing with any technical problems.

For Online presenters: You will joint Goolge Meet at the links above, also you should use Google Meet (G suite only) to record MP4 video files or you can use any other app to record your videos and send to sobc2020@ueh.edu.vn just in case of any technical error.
